Tommy Spinosa leads the Company’s Mid-Atlantic and Western acquisitions and disposition efforts out of Dallas, Texas. He also leads the regional asset management platform and a team of professionals responsible for the execution of each asset business plan. Having started his real estate career in 2004, he has extensive institutional real estate experience, including acquisitions, development, asset management, and capital markets.

Prior to joining CP Group in 2020, Spinosa spent six years at Bridge Investment Group, focused on the acquisition of institutional quality office buildings in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions on behalf of the fund. In this role, he was directly responsible for acquiring and operating 17 assets, totaling 5.5 Million SF and an acquisition value of $968 Million.

Before joining Bridge, Spinosa served as director for Crescent Investment Group, an Atlanta-based boutique private equity firm focusing on acquiring institutional quality real estate in the Southeast. While serving in this capacity, Spinosa successfully completed $352,000,000 in transactions with numerous institutional fund partners in all asset classes.

Spinosa spent five years as a development manager for JTS Realty Services, a full-service development and management company based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. During his tenure, he was responsible for a diversified portfolio of 1.5 Million square feet of office, retail and multifamily properties.

Spinosa began his career in Real Estate in 2004 at Northmarq Capital, a real estate investment banking firm where he procured debt and equity loans for third-party borrowers.

Spinosa earned his Bachelor of Arts in finance and real estate from the University of Georgia.
