Founding Partner

Chris Eachus is a Founding Partner of the firm. He helps guide the strategic growth of CP Group and oversees its capital markets relationships and investment and asset management operations.

Eachus joined the organization in 2003, and over the course of his tenure, he has been directly involved with the acquisition of 11.7 million square feet of office space throughout the Sun Belt, with a total value of approximately $2.2 billion.  Notable investments include the repositioning of Bank of America Plaza, the tallest building in the Southeastern United States, as well as the revitalization of the iconic CNN Center in Downtown Atlanta.

Previously, he worked in the investment banking department of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. in New York as a member of the company’s Financial Sponsors Group.

Eachus is a CFA charter holder and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Emory University.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for CPG Cares, a non-profit organization administered by volunteer employees of CP Group, and previously served on the Board of Directors for CURE Childhood Cancer, where he remains actively involved.
