  • Premier Tenant Experience – enhance customer service by implementing our tenant services program, overseen by our Tenant Experience Manager, and spearheaded by on-the-ground Tenant Services Coordinators who serves as liaison between building management and tenants
  • Consistent Communication – enhance tenant engagement through seamless communication across in-person meetings, proprietary CPG tenant app, emergency texts, monthly newsletters, special events, and more. Oversee communications at the corporate level through a proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) system to automate tenant birthdays and building anniversaries and keep track of frequency of interactions
  • Annual Employee Surveys – validate and improve services through annual third-party employee satisfaction surveys, comparing data across the portfolio and industry norms
  • Art Curation – in-house art curator dedicated to integrating local art into the fabric of our office buildings so they are views as assets to their communities

Led by Kevin Day, Director of Security and Life Safety — who brings more than 20 years of experience leading global security efforts, including roles with the FBI, Johnson & Johnson, ADT, and Bank of America—our program integrates prevention, preparedness, and response to enhance tenant retention and mitigate risk.
