Yvette Turner is responsible for the financial and operational management of all CP Group assets within the Atlanta and Charlotte regions, which currently total over 7 million square feet.
Prior to joining CP Group in 2009, she was Vice President at Jones Lang LaSalle where she was responsible for a one million square foot, three-property portfolio in North Atlanta. Previously, she oversaw a portfolio of three TIC properties totaling 750,000 square feet in South Florida and served as Group Manager on behalf of TIAA-CREF and HSBC in Tampa, managing 750,000 square feet in office space.
Ms. Turner earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering / Languages from the United States Military Academy at West Point. She holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional designations.
She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) organization and is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
