Jon Wainwright is responsible for the construction and development of CPG assets in the South Florida region.
Wainwright came aboard as the company was positioning its portfolio to capitalize on an improving economy – upgrading several high-profile, Class A office properties and readying for new office and multi-family development.
Prior to joining CP Group, Mr. Wainwright managed the preconstruction and development of a $1.3 billion multi-phased project consisting of a 50 slip mega-yacht marina, two hi-rise towers with both a four- and five-star hotel, and 221,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. He also managed development and construction for the largest privately-held retail developer in South Florida and a national healthcare developer, where he served as Senior Vice President.
Mr. Wainwright received his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He currently holds General Contracting licenses in Florida, California, Arizona, and Nevada and has an active Florida real estate license.
