Felipe Olmeta is responsible for overseeing the operations of CP Group at the corporate level. He works closely with the Partners and Directors to drive strategic initiatives that positively impact the portfolio.
Prior to joining CP Group, Olmeta served as COO for a high-net-worth multifamily building owner in New York City. In that role, he oversaw all property management, leasing, human resources, legal, and accounting functions. Before that, Felipe began his own property management company focusing on the customer service relationship between tenants and landlords, which assisted in monitoring settlements through the NYS Attorney General.
His career began in luxury residential and hospitality, including supporting the opening of over twenty restaurants and Proximo Spirits (Jose Cuervo) to develop the first distillery in Manhattan since Prohibition.
Olmeta received his Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from Florida Atlantic University with a minor in Architecture. He also holds certifications in real estate development, construction management, and sustainable design from New York University and an Executive MBA from Fordham University.
