Jeani McDowell oversees the property management of Granite Tower, a 31-story, 593,527-square-foot high-rise office tower in downtown Denver, Colorado, a shared three-story parking facility, and the Block 95 Condominium Association, which encompasses the city block between 18th and 19th Streets.
Prior to joining CP Group in 2021, McDowell was with Cushman & Wakefield for 15 years, where she oversaw the property management operations for various buildings, including 1401 Lawrence, a 309,987-square-foot LEED Gold Certified office building, and 16 Market Square, a 207,243-square-foot LEED Gold Certified multi-use office, retail, and condominium building in downtown Denver.
McDowell attended the University of Memphis and Southwest Tennessee Community College and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. She has earned the designation of CPM (Certified Property Manager) and is a LEED-accredited professional. She is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the USGBC, and the Building Owners and Managers’ Association (BOMA), where she served as Secretary/Treasurer for two years and two terms on the BOMA Board of Directors.
