Bilal Manzoor is responsible for advancing the firm’s acquisition and disposition efforts in the Southeast, specifically Atlanta, the Carolinas, and Nashville.
Prior to joining CP Group in 2025, Manzoor worked in investment banking at multiple leading global financial institutions. Most recently, he served as Vice President in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs in New York, where he advised Industrial and Technology clients on M&A transactions and debt and equity capital markets. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was an Associate at Deutsche Bank. During his tenure in investment banking, he advised on and executed more than $20 billion in M&A and financing transactions and covered medium and large public and sponsor-owned corporations.
Manzoor earned his Master of Business Administration from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
