Amy Timms oversees management and operations for CP Group assets in the Buckhead and Cumberland submarkets of Atlanta, Georgia, totaling more than one million square feet.
With more than 20 years of experience in commercial property management in the Atlanta area, Timms has held a variety of leadership and operational roles throughout her career. Prior to joining CP Group in 2019, Timms was a General Manager with Rubenstein Partners, overseeing a nearly two million-square-foot, nine-building office park in suburban Atlanta. Previously, she oversaw more than one million square feet of Class A office assets with Jones Lang LaSalle for clients such as J.P. Morgan, GE, GID and Novare Group, earning the Southeast Manager of the Year award in 2011 and the National Manager of the Year award in 2015.
Timms currently sits on the Board of Directors for Livable Buckhead, a local non-profit organization dedicated to improving community, connectivity and walkability, and growth of Buckhead as a vibrant and accessible district. She is also an active member of the Georgia chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA-Georgia). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Kennesaw State University.
