Nick Crowley oversees construction and capital improvement initiatives across CP Group’s South Florida portfolio. With more than 15 years of experience in the South Florida construction and development industry, Nick provides leadership throughout the full project lifecycle, from preconstruction, budgeting, and design coordination through construction, closeout, and final delivery.
Prior to joining CP Group, he held positions with Swire Properties and Bovis Lend Lease, giving him a well-rounded perspective on project delivery from both the ownership and contractor sides. Nick works closely with ownership, design teams, consultants, general contractors, and property management to deliver complex projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality, cost, schedule, and operational objectives.
Nick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and Design Management from University College London (UCL) and is a licensed General Contractor in Florida.
