Amanda Hendricks oversees the management and operations of The Center, the 1.1 million square foot former CNN Headquarters in downtown Atlanta that is currently being transformed into a vibrant mixed-use destination in the center of Atlanta’s downtown entertainment district hosting retail, office, and studio and production space.
With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Hendricks has overseen several high-profile assets throughout Atlanta, including the 1.3 million-square-foot Bank of America Plaza for Shorenstein Properties and Salesforce Tower in Buckhead for Banyan Street Capital. Prior to joining CP Group in 2024, she led the management team at Piedmont Center, a 2.2 million-square-foot, 14-building office park spanning 45 acres in Buckhead.
Hendricks is deeply passionate about the operational, financial, and strategic aspects of property management and is known for her hands-on, solutions-driven approach to asset performance and tenant satisfaction. Cushman & Wakefield awarded her Property Manager of the Year in 2024 and her team Property Management Team of the Year in 2023. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Shorter University and maintains both RPA and LEED designations.
