Reese
Brett Reese oversees CP Group’s national investment platform and serves on the firm’s investment committee. Since joining the organization, he has led the acquisition of over 9 million square feet of office space.
Before that, he co-founded White Oak Capital, a privately held real estate investment company focusing on value-add and core-plus office opportunities throughout Florida.
His previous experience includes managing acquisitions and asset management at Fifteen Group and The Georgetown Company, where he was Asset Manager for Easton, a 6 million square foot mixed-use development. Reese began his career in the Investment Banking Division of J.P. Morgan in New York as a member of the company’s Syndicated and Leveraged Finance group.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and holds a Certificate in Financial Management from Cornell University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for CPG Cares and the Fuller Center (formerly the Florence Fuller Child Development Centers). In 2023, Reese was selected as Globe St.’s CRE 50 under 40 and South Florida Business Journal’s 40 under 40.
