Christopher Cauthen leads CP Group’s acquisitions, developments, and operations in key Southwest markets – including Texas, Colorado, and Arizona – and oversees the firm’s Dallas regional office.
Prior to joining CP Group, Cauthen served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Capital Markets for Harwood International, a private real estate investor with a portfolio of several million sf of Class A office. Before that he was Executive Director, National Office Practice Leader at Cushman & Wakefield of Texas, where he held multiple roles encompassing valuation, brokerage, and leadership responsibilities over a 17-year career with the firm.
Cauthen has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. He has earned LEED AP, MAI, and CCIM designations and holds an active Texas Real Estate Broker license.
