As head of communications, Giana Pacinelli is responsible for all marketing, public relations, and promotional activities selected to support the brand and marketing strategy. She also oversees the Tenant Experience, worCPlaces, and leasing marketing departments and all company internal communications and special projects.
Pacinelli joined the organization in 2018. Previously, she served as an Account Manager for bfw Advertising, a boutique, Boca Raton-based advertising firm that served as the Agency of Record for Boca Center when CPG repurchased the asset. As the Account Manager for CP Group, Pacinelli helped develop the name and brand image for Midtown Boca before joining the organization in-house.
Pacinelli received her Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication Management from the University of Florida and her MBA from Nova Southeastern University. She currently holds the position of Programming Chair for the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) national MarCom Forum and sits on the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce’s Tourism committee. In 2024, she was recognized at BisNow’s Women Leading Real Estate awards in the Rising Star category for her efforts in repositioning Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC).
