Josh Edwards is responsible for all of CP Group’s North & Central Florida and DC-Metro new business development opportunities, joint venture capital relationships, and portfolio oversight.
Prior to joining CP Group in 2014, he served as Vice President at Wells Fargo, overseeing the acquisition, asset management, value enhancement, and disposition of a large, diverse mix of institutional commercial real estate properties throughout the Southeast US. Before that, he served as Director of Development for Flagler Development and was also a Project Manager for Evergreen Construction in Atlanta.
Edwards earned his MBA from Emory University and Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida. He is an active member and has served on the board of the North Florida chapters of NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute.
