Julia Fleischman is responsible for all human resources activities at CP Group and applying innovative strategies to drive the firm’s mission.
Previously, Fleischman spent 12 years at Jamestown, LP, where she most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources and helped build the company’s first strategic HR team at a time when headcount increased by over 250%.
Fleischman received her Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of North Georgia and is Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) certified.
