Matt Gainey oversees the management and operations of Bank of America Plaza, a 55-story, 1.3 million-square-foot office tower that stands at the pinnacle of the Atlanta skyline as the city’s tallest building.
With more than 16 years of experience in commercial real estate, Gainey has led a range of notable projects across development and property management. His portfolio includes involvement with Ponce City Market and the Westside Provisions District for Jamestown, LP; the Doctors Center at Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital for Lillibridge Healthcare Services; Palisades Office Park for Atlanta Property Group; and One and Two Ravinia for CP Group, among many other assets throughout Atlanta’s submarkets.
Gainey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
