Patrick Glading is responsible for advancing the Company’s Mid-Atlantic acquisitions and disposition efforts out of Washington, D.C. Glading leads the asset management team and the execution of business plans for the region.
Prior to joining CP Group in 2021, Glading spent three years at American Real Estate Partners, where he successfully closed on seven acquisitions, totaling 2.5 Million SF with a capitalized value of $870 Million across the Mid-Atlantic region. Glading began his career at HFF, a real estate capital markets intermediary, in the Washington, DC, office. During his time at HFF, he completed 31 transactions totaling $700 Million in capitalized value on behalf of institutional funds across various asset classes.
Glading earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Virginia.
