Scott Barr leads a regional portfolio of 7MM SF of office properties in Atlanta and Charlotte. He guides the region’s asset management, property management, and leasing functions.
Before joining CP Group in 2014, he was a Senior Associate for New York Life Real Estate Investors, responsible for underwriting and closing commercial real estate loans across the Southeast. His prior experience includes Senior Associate with Buchanan Street Partners, an Associate at LNR Partners, and an Acquisition Analyst at Raymond James Tax Credit Funds.
Barr holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He serves on the boards of Real Estate Group of Atlanta (REGA), Central Atlanta Progress, and the Cobb Chamber. He served for three years on ULI Atlanta’s Management Council and is a past member of NAIOP and the Morningside-Lenox Park Zoning Committee.
