Yaritza Luciano oversees the coordination and implementation of CP Group’s Tenant Experience Program. She leads the team of on-the-ground Tenant Services Coordinators at each office building who serve as the day-to-day liaisons for tenants.
Luciano began her CPG tenure as the firm’s first Tenant Services Coordinator and played an instrumental role in the development and foundation of the CP Group’s Tenant Experience Program. She later assumed the role of Regional Tenant Services Manager, overseeing the department’s South Florida region. Since joining CPG, Luciano has coordinated over 500 events and amenities across the portfolio
Luciano brings ten years of experience in the real estate, marketing, and customer service industries. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Lynn University.
