CP Group, a premier owner, operator, and developer of office and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast and Southwest United States, today announced the execution of four new office leases at One Boca Place, its 280,000-square foot Class-A office building located at the cornerstone of Glades Road.
The new leases – three new tenants and one renewal – total over 26,000 square feet. All four tenants are prominent regional and national law firms – Weiss Serota, Gray Robinson, Holland & Knight, and Furr & Cohen P.A.
Weiss Serota will occupy 12,000-square-feet at One Boca Place as part of an expansion from their existing Boca Raton location. Holland & Knight is new-to-market and Gray Robinson relocated from Mizner Park.

TCRE executed all leasing efforts on behalf of CP Group, led by Laurel Oswald, Jon Blunk, and Cristina Glaria.
This leasing activity immediately follows the completion of widespread renovations to build on the existing reputation of One Boca Place as an iconic, Class-A destination for best-in-class businesses. Over the last year, CP Group has invested $3 million in the property, adding a state-of-the-art conference center and high-end gym with premium equipment – including Peloton bikes – as well as a locker room with showers.
CP Group also added three high-end, turnkey spec suites to the building as part of their worCPlaces flexible workspace program, offering tenants an immediate move-in experience with a high level of flexibility to accommodate their fast-evolving needs.

One Boca Place, which CP Group acquired in 2018 is situated within West Boca’s highly affluent and bustling business environment. It is conveniently located between two major highways and is within walking distance of numerous shopping and dining options – including Town Center Mall, Houston’s, Seasons 52, and Abe & Louie’s.
CP Group has been exceptionally active in the office market this year. The firm announced its entry into the Denver, Colorado market with the acquisition of Granite Tower – a 31-story office tower, in a joint venture with The Related Companies earlier this month and re-entered the Houston, Texas market with the acquisition of 5 Post Oak Park in August. In total, the firm has completed transactions of nearly $2 billion so far in 2021.
