The property’s redevelopment, being led by long-time developer CP Group, recently received city approval to add more than 1,200 residences, a hotel and a 5,000-seat entertainment venue.

Coworking demand in Atlanta
Even landlords in Atlanta’s office sector are beginning to operate their own in-house coworking spaces. One example is CP Group, Atlanta’s second largest landlord and owner of the city’s tallest skyscraper Bank of America Plaza, which introduced its WorCPlaces flex office program in 2021.
