CP Group announced that it has been awarded Top Workplaces 2025 honors by South Florida’s Top Workplaces. The winners were announced at the awards ceremony on May 7, 2025.
Although CP Group is a national company with 266 employees, its regional workforce of 100 in South Florida qualified it for recognition in the survey’s Small Company category (125 or fewer employees). The firm was honored for its strong performance across three key areas: Leadership, Work-life Flexibility, and Employee Compensation and Benefits. This list is based solely on team member feedback from a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The confidential survey measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees’ feelings of being Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute.
Energage evaluates the results against national benchmarks drawn from nearly 30 million employee responses over 18 years. Companies earn a Top Workplace designation if their overall feedback scores surpass those benchmarks. To ensure fair evaluations, comparisons are made across peer groups based on company size.
“We are proud to be recognized as one of South Florida’s top workplaces,” said Angelo Bianco, Managing and Founding Partner of CP Group. “Our team members are at the heart of everything we do. We have worked hard to build a culture where talent thrives, collaboration drives innovation, and every team member feels valued and supported.”
More than 34,500 employees from over 170 organizations across South Florida were invited to participate in the 2025 survey conducted by Energage. Nationally, the Top Workplaces program partners with media outlets in 65 markets and captures the perspectives of more than 2 million employees annually.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That’s something to be proud of. In today’s market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That’s paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
