CP Group Takes Home Four 2025 BOMA Miami-Dade TOBY Awards

CP Group announced that it received four awards at the 2025 BOMA Miami-Dade The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Choice Awards, including two building honors and two individual achievement awards. The winners were announced at the annual TOBY Miami-Dade Awards Gala in late February.

Miami Tower, Downtown Miami’s iconic 47-story landmark, was recognized in the Renovated Building category for its comprehensive repositioning and its commitment to delivering a best-in-class tenant experience.

Miami Tower’s recently completed multimillion-dollar capital improvements program included the transformation of the first-floor arrival; a renovated Sky Lobby with a new café, a tenant lounge, a huddle space, and a modern conference center; and an outdoor Sky Terrace with a pool and panoramic views. The Sky Lobby and Sky Terrace are also now available for private and corporate events. The tower recently hosted a high-profile activation to kick off the 2026 Formula E Miami E-Prix, featuring title partner ABB, an electric racecar driven by Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt, and a one-of-a-kind branded light display on the building’s iconic three-tiered lighting exterior.

Building 7300 at The Landing at MIA was honored in the 100,000- to 249,999-Square-Foot Office Building of the Year category. As one of eleven buildings that comprise The Landing’s campus adjacent to Miami International Airport, Building 7300 was recognized for its superior operations, tenant relations, and property management excellence.

In addition to the property awards, two CP Group team members received individual honors. Sammy Fadraga, Chief Engineer at Citigroup Center – a 34-story trophy office tower in Downtown Miami – received the Chief Engineer of the Year Award. Fadraga was recognized for his exceptional technical expertise, leadership, and dedication to maintaining Citigroup Center’s operations at the highest standard.

Rashawn Pascal, Assistant Property Manager at The Landing at MIA, was named Assistant Property Manager of the Year. Pascal was honored for outstanding contributions to property management, tenant engagement, and operational performance.

“We are pleased to be recognized by BOMA’s Miami chapter on multiple levels this year. These awards reflect the hard work and dedication our teams bring to operating and maintaining our properties and ensuring we provide best-in-class service to our tenants,” said Angelo Bianco, Founding and Managing Partner at CP Group. “We would like to specifically recognize Sammy and Rashawn for their creative and consistent efforts, which have provided unparalleled support for our tenants and their guests.”

The TOBY Award is one of the most prestigious accolades in the commercial real estate industry. The program recognizes excellence in building management, operational efficiency, and overall quality in commercial properties, showcasing best practices and raising industry standards worldwide. During the competition, a comprehensive evaluation assessed every aspect of a building’s operations, including community involvement, tenant relations, site management, and sustainable policies.
