Brendan McGee is responsible for driving sales and occupancy for worCPlaces, CP Group’s flexible workspace offering, which offers move-in-ready flexible work environments across its portfolio, including co-working and spec suites.
McGee brings over 20 years of experience in co-working and office leasing, focusing on business development. Before joining CP Group, Brendan spent nearly 20 years with TechSpace Inc., an Industrious Company, where he successfully oversaw New York, Texas, and Virginia expansions in flexible office space. In addition to these roles, he has led and consulted for multiple New York-based flexible office divisions and workspace platforms.
McGee holds a Master’s degree from Marist College and a Bachelor of Arts from Fordham University.
