Brian Rabinowicz is responsible for advancing the firm’s acquisitions and disposition efforts throughout South Florida. He also supports the asset management team and the execution of business plans for the region. Throughout his tenure to date, Rabinowicz has assisted in the acquisition and recapitalization of nearly 3M SF and $920M in deal size.
Prior to joining CP Group in 2019, Rabinowicz worked for Rialto Capital, where he underwrote the acquisition of 45 debt investments totaling $850M of asset value and evaluated distressed properties.
Rabinowicz earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
