Jake Sixour is responsible for the strategy and business plan execution for the company’s approximately 7MM+ SF Atlanta portfolio.
Prior to joining CP Group in 2021, he was an Associate at Piedmont Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: PDM), a vertically integrated office REIT, where he was responsible for asset management of the company’s approximately 3.5MM SF Atlanta portfolio.
Sixour holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Alabama. He is an active member of CREDA (previously NAIOP) and the Cobb Chamber of Commerce.
