Michael Perrette serves as General Manager for the Boca Raton Innovation Campus (BRiC), a 1.7 million square foot office park located in Boca Raton Florida.
Prior to joining CP Group, Mr. Perrette was based in New York City where he served as the Director of Operations for Industry City, a six-million-square-foot innovative campus supporting a mixed-use tenancy. Before that, Mr. Perrette held senior positions managing mission-critical data centers as well as Deutsche Bank America’s 1.6 million square foot headquarters facility in New York City.
Mr. Perrette holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
