Crocker Partners has been engaged by Simon Property Group for a one-of-a-kind assignment – leasing 18,000 square feet of Class A office space at The Terrace at Town Center Mall, according to Crocker Partners Senior Vice President Angelo Bianco.
Crocker Partners LLC has acquired the 407,000-square-foot, 17-story, Class A Cumberland Center II office tower at 3100 Cumberland Blvd. The acquisition signals the company’s market entry in the Atlanta market, where Vice President Christopher Eachus is heading Crocker Partners’ regional office.
Crocker Partners today announced plans for Two NorthPlace, a 230,000-square-foot, 10-story mixed-use project. Plans call for Class A office space, complemented by 10,000 square feet of retail space, several restaurants, a fitness center, and covered parking.
CityPlace Tower, the $110 million, 18-story office building nearing completion on Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach, recently signed the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic in Florida for an agreement to lease 26,648 sq. ft. of space on the 14th floor and an additional 2,298 sq. ft. on the ground level.
Crocker Partners LLC announced it has acquired two Class A boutique office buildings in the Town of Palm Beach. The two buildings, 125 Worth Avenue and 400 Royal Palm Way, have a total of more than 77,000 square feet.
