The Offices at CityPlace North has added two new tenants, just weeks after a major overhaul to convert it from a New York loft-inspired office building to premium, professional office space.

In what has become Florida’s biggest commercial real estate success story, CityPlace Office Tower announced today that another major company has joined its blue-chip tenant roster and leased the last full floor available in the 18-story building that has become the talk of the leasing industry.

Crocker Partners is expanding its office leasing and management operations, taking on new third-party leasing and management assignment for ING and adding a senior regional property manager, Jonathan Berke, CPM.

Crocker Partners has been engaged by Simon Property Group for a one-of-a-kind assignment – leasing 18,000 square feet of Class A office space at The Terrace at Town Center Mall, according to Crocker Partners Senior Vice President Angelo Bianco.

Crocker Partners LLC has acquired the 407,000-square-foot, 17-story, Class A Cumberland Center II office tower at 3100 Cumberland Blvd. The acquisition signals the company’s market entry in the Atlanta market, where Vice President Christopher Eachus is heading Crocker Partners’ regional office.

Crocker Partners today announced plans for Two NorthPlace, a 230,000-square-foot, 10-story mixed-use project. Plans call for Class A office space, complemented by 10,000 square feet of retail space, several restaurants, a fitness center, and covered parking.
