CP Group announced nearly 25,000 square feet of leasing activity across three new deals at Harris Corners — its three-building, Class A office campus totaling 371,000 square feet in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The leasing agreements are as follows:
Jennifer Kurz and Tim Arnold of Trinity Partners represented the landlord in each transaction and exclusively oversee leasing at the office park.

Harris Corners currently has availability ranging from 1,400 to 13,190 square feet, with up to 18,000 contiguous square feet.
CP Group acquired Harris Corners, consisting of one four-story and two five-story Class-A office buildings, in 2021 and has completed numerous capital improvements at the property. Harris Corners is already home to more than 40 tenants, including Husqvarna, Berry Plastics, Avast Software, Dewberry Engineers, and Bank of America.
