CP GROUP ANNOUNCES NEARLY 70,000 SF OF LEASING AT HARRIS CORNERS IN CHARLOTTE, NC

CP Group announced that it has executed nearly 70,000 square feet of leasing agreements at Harris Corners — its three-building, 365,000-square-foot Class A office campus in Charlotte, North Carolina – thus far in 2024.

 

The new agreements include leases with five new tenants and three renewals with companies spanning the technology, real estate, insurance, hospitality, and healthcare industries, among others.

 

  • Alight Solutions, a cloud-based human capital technology and services provider, signed a lease for 4,011 square feet of office space. Jaime Boast of JLL represented the tenant.
  • Southern National Roofing, a residential roofing company, signed a lease for 9,676 square feet of office space, taking one of the park’s newly completed spec suites. Bo Blight of Trinity Partners represented the tenant.
  • Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, a real estate insurance company, signed a lease for 2,602 square feet of office space. Ross Howard of JLL represented the tenant.
  • Adams Outdoor Advertising, an outdoor- and location-based advertising firm, signed a lease for 4,490 square feet of office space. Marty McLaughlin of Park Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
  • Well Care Home Health, an in-home healthcare company, signed a lease for 3,744 square feet of office space.
  • Sunstate Security, a security provider and tenant since 2017, renewed its lease for 2,373 square feet.
  • Dewberry, a national architecture, engineering, and construction firm, renewed its lease and expanded to 13,917 square feet. It has been a tenant since 2016.
  • Quint Events, a sports and entertainment hospitality company, renewed and expanded its lease to occupy an entire floor totaling 28,278 square feet.

 

In each agreement, Jennifer Kurz and Tim Arnold of Trinity Partners represented Harris Corners.

CP Group acquired Harris Corners, consisting of one four-story and two five-story Class-A office buildings, in July 2021 and recently completed several capital improvements at the property, including a new lobby at Harris Corners One, the addition of a new tenant lounge and second conference center, and restroom improvements. The firm also completed the construction of six move-in ready spec suites over the past year, ranging between 1,990 to 5,900 square feet, as part of the firm’s ‘worCPlaces’ flexible workspace offering across the company’s portfolio. Within the “Spec Places” service offering, CP Group designs customized suites to meet the needs of companies seeking move-in ready, yet scalable, office environments for evolving teams. The largest spec suite is already leased as part of Southern National Roofing’s new office.

Harris Corners also holds a WELL Health-Safety Rating, and the campus hosts regular tenant events such as farmers markets, food trucks, and fitness classes.
