CP Group announced that it has executed nearly 70,000 square feet of leasing across six new agreements at One Biscayne Tower — the 38-story, 692,000-square-foot Class A office tower located at 2 South Biscayne Blvd in Downtown Miami.
The finalized agreements comprise three new leases and two lease renewals, all completed within the past three months, to a range of prominent legal and financial service firms.

CP Group has also named Blanca Commercial Real Estate, led by Vice Chairman Juan Ruiz and Associate Vice President Alex Marquez, as the executive leasing partner for One Biscayne Tower.
