CP Group announced five new agreements and two lease renewals at One Biscayne Tower, the 38-story, 692,000-square-foot Class A office tower located at 2 South Biscayne Blvd in Downtown Miami.
The executed agreements bring five new tenants to the tower, spanning financial services, accounting, legal, parking operations, and global sports, with FC Barcelona headlining the roster.
CP Group was represented by Juan Ruiz and Alex Marquez of Blanca Commercial Real Estate in all new lease transactions. In addition to the new leases, Andrew Trench with Cushman & Wakefield represented CP Group in two lease renewals: law firm Goldberg & Rosen (12,628 square feet) and global shipping company CMA CGM (20,173 square feet).
