BOCA RATON, Fla. – Crocker Partners has added two new analysts to its management team as the private real estate equity company positions to continue growing its portfolio of office properties in the southeast and southwest U.S. Grant Peterson joined the company as senior analyst and Cameron B. Chase as analyst.

Peterson previously worked in the Real Estate Asset Management division at LNR Partners, LLC, Miami Beach. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Masters Degree in Real Estate. Cameron Chase is a recent graduate of Duke University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy Studies with a Certificate in Markets and Management.

Angelo Bianco, Partner, said the two new analysts come aboard as Crocker Partners is expanding its portfolio in key markets. “Expanding our capabilities for analysis, due diligence and transaction execution is important as we aggressively pursue new acquisitions.” Crocker Partners currently owns more than 6 million square feet, representing more than $1 billion invested, and holds a prominent position in markets including Miami, FL, Atlanta, GA and Houston, TX.
