TAMPA, FL. – March 12, 2018 – Equinix, Inc., the global interconnection and data center company, is expanding its operations at Downtown Tampa’s Two Harbour Place, leasing 48,818 square feet. The company will now occupy two full floors of the 179,891-square -foot building, expanding from its original 30,164-square-foot space in a transaction brokered by JLL.

The lease, bringing Two Harbour Place to 92 percent occupancy, accommodates Equinix’s growing workforce and operations, which are geared to help the world’s leading businesses realize new opportunities and accelerate business, IT and cloud strategies.

Crocker Partners renovated Two Harbour Place, located at 302 Knights Run Ave., in 2015 to keep the property the Tampa CBD’s top business address and position it to capitalize on Tampa’s Vision Plan that calls for several million square feet of new waterfront development within walking distance.

JLL Senior Vice Presidents Caleb Lewis and John Heald represented Equinix in the lease. Crocker Partners was represented by JLL Senior Vice Presidents Jim Moler and Deana Beer.
