ATLANTA—Stream Realty Partners is winning new business from Crocker Partners in Atlanta. The company was named the exclusive leasing agent for Deerfield Point and Windward Park.

Crocker and its joint venture partner Five Mile Capital Partners are depending on Stream to lease up its office space in a competitive North Fulton market. Crocker and Five Mile bought the office assets in the fourth quarter 2012. Stream’s Benjamin Hautt and Kevin Driver will lead leasing efforts on behalf of the owners.

Located at 12725 and 12735 Morris Road, Deerfield Point offers two class A office buildings that together total more than 203,000 of rentable square feet. And Windward Pointe, located 5900 Windward Parkway, is a 129,894 rentable-square-foot class A asset within Windward Park.

“The buildings were acquired at an attractive basis and offer a prime opportunity for local, regional, and national tenants ranging from 1,100 square feet to 30,000 square feet to lease prime space in an easily-accessible, amenity rich, class A office environment close to the conveniences of home,” says Hautt. “Expect imminent renovations, desirable move-in ready suites, and an overall enhanced identity at both projects.”
