Boca Raton, FL – (June 15, 2009) — Crocker Partners is expanding its office leasing and management operations, taking on new third-party leasing and management assignment for ING and adding a senior regional property manager, Jonathan Berke, CPM.

ING engaged Crocker Partners for the 109,426-square-foot BOA Tower located on Palmetto Park Road at Mizner Boulevard in downtown Boca Raton. The building features prime ocean-view and ground floor suites of up to 10,000 sq. ft.

According to Crocker Partners Senior Vice President Angelo Bianco, the Company is putting its 25 year track record as one of Florida’s leading commercial real estate firms and its experienced executives to work for third-party clients. Berke will oversee property management for the the Bank of America Tower and the company’s own properties, drawing on more than 18 years of experience in corporate facilities, commercial office buildings, regional malls and shopping centers. He has managed office portfolios of more than 1 million square feet, including a Miami hi-rise and a 12-building corporate campus for Florida Power & Light.

In addition to the Bank of America Tower, Crocker Partners is currently responsible for leasing at four other unique South Florida properties, Bianco noted. These include 18,000 square feet of Class A office space at The Terrace at Town Center Mall for Simon Properties Group; CityPlace Tower, the iconic 18-story Class A office tower in downtown West Palm Beach, a joint venture with the Related Companies, and the 125 Worth Avenue and 400 Royal Palm Way office buildings on the island of Palm Beach. Senior Vice President Jon Blunk directs the leasing operations.
