ATLANTA, GA – January 25, 2017 – New South Construction, an award-winning firm, has relocated its headquarters to Crocker Partners’ Regions Plaza in Midtown Atlanta. According to New South executive Rob Schulten, the company spent months looking for and designing the perfect new office.

Schulten said with the move, the company recommitted to the Midtown region. New South’s new space was designed with fewer walls and more common areas, he noted, recognizing that younger generation staff and more seasoned employees all benefit from coming together in more collaborative space.

Regions Plaza, a 24-story, LEED Gold trophy tower with 503,000 sq. ft., is located on Midtown’s prestigious 14^th Street, within the City’s Midtown Opportnity Zone, with immediate access to I-75 /85.  Lead tenants besides New South include Regions Bank, Miller & Martin, Holland & Knight and Smith, Moore, Leatherwood.
