Palm Beach, FL – (September 7, 2007) — Crocker Partners LLC announced it has acquired two Class A boutique office buildings in the Town of Palm Beach. The two buildings, 125 Worth Avenue and 400 Royal Palm Way, have a total of more than 77,000 square feet.
These two buildings are located in the heart of one of the nation’s wealthiest communities and enjoy a highly diverse base of tenants. One of the most attractive amenities is provided by the restaurants and shops on Worth Avenue, which are all within walking distance.
Each of the buildings contains a drive-through facility to service its bank tenant, a valuable amenity in the Palm Beach market. Colonial Bank is the major tenant at 125 Worth Avenue, a three-story building with 49,853 square feet. Citibank is the major tenant for 400 Royal Palm Way, a four-story 27,530-square-foot building. The two office buildings enjoy proximity to downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach International Airport and South Florida’s major north-south highways, I-95 and the Florida Turnpike.
Crocker Partners’ other South Florida projects include two new hurricane-resistant office towers, the CityPlace Tower being constructed in downtown West Palm Beach, and Atlantic Center, planned for downtown Fort Lauderdale.
