ATLANTA, GA – February 10, 2017 – Crocker Partners announced a new corporate headquarters tenant at Regions Plaza, with fast-growing software firm SalesLoft leasing 32,000 square feet at the trophy office tower in Atlanta’s Midtown district.

SalesLoft is expected to take occupancy of its new headquarters in August, 2017, according to Chris Eachus, partner at Crocker Partners and head of Atlanta operations. He noted that SalesLoft, whose software allows sales professionals to reach prospects faster and more effectively, plans to add 250 jobs over the next five years. That growth is projected to bring its workforce to 300 in the new space, which is double the size of its current Buckhead location.

Eachus said SalesLoft’s commitment brings occupancy at Regions Plaza to 91 percent.  Crocker Partners acquired the building in 2013 with occupancy at only 35 percent. In addition to SalesLoft, other tenants Crocker has brought to the building include Holland & Knight, Miller & Martin, New South Construction, and Flextronics.

SalesLoft’s relocation to the 24-story Regions Plaza, at 14^th and West Peachtree, puts the company in a dynamic, walkable district, close to MARTA’s Arts Center Station and with numerous residential high rises and retail projects underway including a three-story Whole Foods directly adjacent to the building.
